We are excited to have a new coffee from the Arboleda region of Nariño, as it has been about 8 months since we last had the Arboleda in stock. This lot comes from 7 producers with small farms in the municipalities of Arboleda and Berruecos. Each producer has their own micro-mill where they carefully harvest cherries, macerate the cherries overnight, then depulp, ferment, wash and gently dry the parchment on raised beds. This coffee highlights notes of Lemonade, citrus, Caramel, and a juicy finish.
