Look to find notes of blackberry, Chocolate in a cup that is fruit forward, but clean and balanced. This coffee was grown by smallholder farmers in the Tres Cruces community and processed at the newly constructed Joyabaj Wet Mill in southern Quiché. Developed by the Federación Comercializadora de Café Especial de Guatemala (FECCEG), this central processing facility marks the first of its kind for the Joyabaj area. FECCEG has a history of working with smallholder associations in Chimaltenango and recognized the quality potential in Joyabaj, where careful selection during harvesting is valued.
