We roast Monday through Thursday and our production team fulfills orders Monday through Friday. We ship the large majority of orders within 1-2 business days although we occasionally have unexpected delays.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. If your tracking information is not giving you accurate information or loading properly, please reach out to us at orders@blossomcoffeeroasters.com and we will look into it for you!
We do not have an expedited shipping option at checkout, but contact us at orders@blossomcoffeeroasters.com if you have a time-sensitive order and we do our best to accommodate you.
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
If you want to make changes to your order, please reach out to us at orders@blossomcoffeeroasters.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications will not be possible once your order has shipped. Thank you for your understanding!
Subscriptions
The options under the "Subscriptions" tab are internal subscriptions with Blossom. You choose the amount of coffee you receive and how often you receive it. You can use an account on our website to make changes, including skipping an upcoming shipment and pausing or cancelling your subscription.
Our usage-based subscriptions are a partnership with Bottomless. They will send you a scale that uses predictive technology to ensure you never run out of coffee, ordering it automatically as soon as you start running low.
Log into your Blossom account and click the person icon on the top right to reach your account dashboard. There will be a Manage Subscriptions section. Here, you can change the size and frequency of your subscription. You can also pause or cancel it. If you want to completely switch (ex: between Single Origin and Ardi), you will have to cancel your existing subscription and buy a new one.
Log into your account on Bottomless.com and manage your subscription under the "Orders" or "Subscriptions" tab. Bottomless will also message you 8-12 hours before your order is sent out to give you time to make last-minute changes.
Coffee
While not every coffee we offer is organic, our business is certified organic by the Washington State Department of Agriculture and we have multiple delicious, organic coffees available at all times. Our permanent organic offerings are Espresso Velluto, Nectar, Deja Vu, French Roast, Dilworth Decaf, Cold Brew Blend, and Ratu Ketiara Woman’s Cooperative Sumatra.
We roast all of our single origins light to medium-light. Our blends, in order from darkest to lightest, are: French Roast, Deja Vu, Dark Side of the Moon and Cold Brew Blend, Espresso Velluto, First Light, and Nectar. While roast level is a great way to get an idea of a coffee, take a look at our tasting notes on each product page as well!
Ideally, coffee should be stored in an airtight container somewhere cool and dry. Most of our bags are resealable, but if you want to transfer your coffee, any dry and odorless airtight container will do. If you choose a glass jar, keeping it away from direct sunlight will keep your beans tasting fresh longer!
