We are excited to bring back this coffee to our lineup and hope you enjoy it as much this year as in previous years! You can expect flavors of stone fruit and caramel, with acidity akin to that of red apples, accompanied by a hint of sweet brown spices like cinnamon and clove, reminiscent of graham crackers.

This coffee is from the Inga community in Nariño, Colombia. Over the last decade, the mountains have transformed into a safe zone for the Inga tribe, leading to the eradication of illegal crops and the emergence of a new culture: coffee! The Caturra variety is cultivated in the Inga territory, primarily on smallholder farms within the Resguardo Inga Aponte, at an average elevation of 2,150 meters above sea level. This altitude, coupled with nutrient-rich ash from the Galeras Volcano, contributes to the exceptional complexity and sweetness of the coffee.

Producers process the coffee on their own properties, drying the Honey coffee in stacked raised bed solar dryers. This method reduces water usage during the washing process and enhances the natural complexity of the coffees from this unique region.
