On individual coffee listings, you will see two purchase options;
"One-Time Purchase" allows you to purchase the product once at its retail price.
"Subscribe by Usage" offers you a discount to get your favorite coffee delivered as soon as you run out. Your first subscription-by-usage order is 20% off retail price, and every subsequent order is 10% off retail price.

How Does Subscription-by-Usage Work?
When you sign up for a subscription by usage, Bottomless sends you a special smart scale to store your coffee on. The scale keeps track of how much coffee you have left and automatically alerts Bottomless when you’re running low. This triggers a fresh order of coffee from us at Blossom Coffee Roasters—ensuring that you always have your favorite brews on hand.

- Choose Your Coffee: Select your favorite product when you sign up, and you can switch to a different one anytime—it’s totally flexible.
- Set Up Your Scale: Once your Bottomless scale arrives, simply sync it with your WiFi. You can use any container you like and zero the scale for accurate readings.

How Do I Edit My Subscription-by-Usage Order?
Bottomless makes it easy to adjust your order before it ships. You'll receive an alert 8-12 hours before your next order is placed. This gives you time to make changes, such as switching to a different coffee, postponing the order, or canceling it altogether.
Here’s how to edit your order:
- Watch for the alert via your preferred method—SMS, email, or the iOS app.
- Follow the link provided in the alert to access your account.
- From there, you can select a new product or adjust the delivery timing to suit your needs.

Log Into Your Bottomless Account
- Go to Bottomless.com and click on "Log In" at the top right corner.
- Enter the email address and password associated with your Blossom account.

Find Your Active Orders
- Once logged in, navigate to the "Orders" or "Subscription" section of your dashboard. Here, you’ll see details about your upcoming orders.

Cancel the Order
- Locate the order you want to cancel and select the option to cancel it. This will stop the order from being processed.
You’re always in control of your orders, and you can cancel them at any time before they’re processed. Don’t forget—Bottomless also gives you the option to postpone/pause or modify your order if canceling isn’t the best choice for you at the moment.
